SermonFlowing Terms of Service

By using SermonFlowing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SermonFlowing provides tools to process user-provided media, prepare short-form clips, and support review and user-approved publishing.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of your media and are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and consents needed to submit and use it.

4. User Responsibilities

You must use the service lawfully, protect account access, and avoid submitting content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or is harmful or misleading.

5. Publishing Authorization

SermonFlowing does not publish content without explicit user approval. You are responsible for reviewing any clip and authorization before publishing.

6. Third-Party Services

Optional integrations are governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies.

7. TikTok Integration

TikTok is an independent third-party service. SermonFlowing is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok. Any use of TikTok features remains subject to TikTok's terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

SermonFlowing and its service materials are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of user content to SermonFlowing.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass safeguards, or use it for unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized publication.

10. Service Availability

The service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. Availability is not guaranteed.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Review remains your responsibility.
